A warm and loving family is looking for a professional, development-focused nanny to care for their little boy, who will be around six months old when the role begins. Currently supported by a maternity nurse, they are seeking an experienced and proactive nanny to take over daytime care as they transition to life in Malta for the next year.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in early childhood development and be passionate about supporting gross motor skills and other key milestones through engaging, age-appropriate activities. Experience with baby-led weaning and early allergen introduction is essential, as is a solid understanding of sleep training. While their little one sleeps well independently at night, he currently prefers contact naps during the day, and they would love someone who can gently encourage longer independent sleep periods.

The parents work from home, so while they will pop in to say hello, they need someone confident in taking the lead. They value collaboration and would love to work with a nanny who is open to discussing routines and approaches. Someone very organised and proactive.

This is a full-time, live-in position in Malta with a competitive salary of €50,000–€55,000 gross per year.
