Family Profile:
Busy, relaxed family of 5 (Parents + 3-children 6yr;4yr & 4wks old) based in beautiful Kent are looking for a full-time Nanny-Housekeeper to support them with the children and with light housekeeping duties around the home.

Requirements:
General duties will include:
Child-care - and if you have a driving license this may include school runs.
After school care, classes/activities.
Some baby care in support with Mum; and at times sole charge.
Nappy changing; bottle feeding; kids meals; bath-time.
Occasional night cover (if you have the experience and are willing to do a night time feed while the baby is still waking, this would be advantageous and time off in lieu would be given)
Light housekeeping duties (please note there is a cleaning team that come twice a week, so no heavy cleaning expected) - including family laundry and ironing; general tidying and organisation; vacuuming around as required; clearing up after meals; generally supporting mum in keeping the home organised and tidy.

Nanny/Housekeeper profile:
You will be a positive, friendly, upbeat person who enjoys their job.
You must have relevant child-care experience; and ideally some baby experience or a willingness to learn and build your confidence with a small baby.
You must love children, be engaging and interested in their development and well-being.
You will be organised by nature and pro active, happy to turn your hand to what needs doing around the house.
It's a huge bonus if you have a driving license.
Flexibility and team work are key in this role and it will suit a candidate with a warm and caring personality.
This is a relaxed and friendly/informal family and they would love their nanny to become part of that.

Terms:
The parents are looking for someone to work around 60--hours per week; they are happy to be flexible for the right person. For example if someone is willing to cover some nights with the baby, they will offer time off in the day. They would love someone to work 60-hours over 6-days per week, but can negotiate on this too. It is important that the nanny covers a Saturday; so days off will be Sunday or Sunday/Monday.

Salary offered is £45,000 gross annual - live-in; initially it will be live-in in the house with own room/bathroom; but they are currently renovating so soon you will have your own separate self contained accommodation in the grounds.
