Role Overview
A busy and active family is seeking a highly experienced, educationally focused nanny-governess who has formal education training to provide full-time care for their 3-year-old child. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and child development, ensuring the child receives exceptional care, guidance, and learning support tailored to their developmental stage.

This role requires a professional who is proactive, nurturing, and structured, with the ability to create a stimulating and enriching environment. The nanny will plan engaging activities that encourage cognitive, emotional, and physical development, establish a strong daily routine, and foster a lifelong love for learning. As the family values a healthy lifestyle, the nanny should share similar principles and incorporate them into the child's daily routine, including nutritious meal planning and encouraging physical activities.

In addition to childcare, the nanny will be responsible for maintaining the child’s personal space, managing their schedule, and organising their belongings. The role requires frequent travel, so the nanny must be adaptable, flexible, and travel-ready at all times.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage learning, creativity, and curiosity.

Establish a structured daily routine, including meal times, naps, play, and learning activities.

Support the child's early language development through storytelling, interactive play, and exposure to a rich vocabulary.

Monitor and support developmental milestones, adapting activities to meet the child’s evolving needs.

Foster social, emotional, and intellectual growth through engaging and educational experiences.

Ensure a safe, clean, and organised environment that promotes independence and self-confidence.

Encourage physical activities and a healthy lifestyle through outdoor play and movement-based activities.

Collaborate with parents to align on parenting philosophy and developmental goals.

Handle light nursery duties such as organising the child’s clothing, toys, and learning materials.

Travel with the family as needed, ensuring seamless care and continuity for the child.
