A super full time Nanny position has arisen in Southville, Bristol with an active and loving family of four.

The family have two children aged 4 years and 21 months and are looking for a Nanny who is looking for a long-term position, is caring, fun and a natural at connecting with children. You’ll be a key part of their team, so being proactive, communicative, and flexible is essential. You should be someone who enjoys being creative and can engage in fun, imaginative play with the children. They are looking for someone who values curiosity, kindness, and creativity – the core values they aim to instil in their children. They would like you to be able to use your initiative and you will have autonomy in the activities you provide and groups you attend.

Your duties will be all childcare related but it would be appreciated if you help to keep the home running smoothly for example helping to put laundry away and loading and emptying the dishwasher. The children are delightful, the 4 year old girl is bright and inquisitive and loves ballet, gymnastics, singing and attends Forest School 3 afternoons a week. The little boy is curious and happy who just loves to explore. They are both full of energy and enthusiasm! The parents follow a gentle parenting approach and aim to nurture the children’s curiosity and creativity. The parents are also keen to ensure you are happy in your position and feel a part of the family, are open to communication and like to work together harmoniously.
