Full-Time Live-Out Nanny & Housekeeper (Term-Time only), Chelsea, starts April

New Mums London is assisting a lovely and busy family looking for a Nanny & Housekeeper for term-time only, but to retain a professional nanny, the role is paid throughout the entire year. The position is sole charge, and the family is seeking a long-term candidate.

Days: Monday to Friday - Position is only during term time; the candidate is off duty every half term!
Working Hours: 7.30 AM to 7.30 PM
Children: 2 boys (ages 4 and 8) and 1 girl (age 6)
Position: Sole charge
Travel: No travel required
Driver: Not required
Pets: None, but if the nanny has a dog that they could bring from time to time to play with the children, that’s a nice benefit.
Activities: Mainly home-based, with the exception of football and swimming. Both are in close proximity.
Languages: Fluent in English; knowledge of Russian (or Spanish) would be nice but not essential
Other Staff: part-time housekeeper
Salary: £40,000 GPA to £45,000 GPA
Closest Tube Station: Earl's Court or Gloucester Station

Nanny Duties:
- All nanny responsibilities
- Drop off and pick up children from school (10-minute walking distance)
- Organise age-appropriate indoor activities and support the children’s development
- Prepare healthy meals for the children
- Ensure homework is completed
- Assist with bedtime routines
- Perform light housekeeping related to childcare
- Ensure school bags and musical instruments are ready for the next day; football kits and football boots are ready and clean; uniforms are washed and ready, etc.
- Check any uniform that needs updating or is too small or too worn

Housekeeping Duties:
- General cleaning duties
- Laundry
- Some family ironing
- Receiving deliveries
- Batch cooking
- Organising and tidying up the house, including toys and clearing out unneeded items.
