A family on the outskirts of Hitchin is seeking a nanny for two young children
Days/hours: Tues 7am-6.45, Wed 7-9.15am | Ages: G4, B1 | Salary: £16-£18gph
A family near St Ippoliyts, Hitchin (SG4) is in need of a nanny for two children who are just turning 1 and 4
They need Tuesdays 7am-6.45pm. On Wednesdays they just need the nursery drop off, so 7-9.15am - if you need to stay overnight Tuesday you are welcome to use the spare room!
This is a long term role to start ASAP
The eldest will be in preschool so you'll drop her off and collect, and care for her in school holidays. The youngest has Downs Syndrome so any experience of DS or other developmental delay is helpful - as is a knowledge of Makaton, although this isnt essential. He does some physio exercises daily which parents can walk you through!
A driver is a must with your own car for work use
Parents are out of the house for work, fully sole charge
They offer £16-£18gph depending on your experience and SEN background
Child related chores only. There is a local group for children with disabilities they'd love you to attend on Tues AM
This family are seeking a strong communicator with a good nanny background, experience of developmental delay and above all, a warm and loving person
Babysitting on occasion would be great!
This role will not suit a NWOC
