Full-Time Russian-Speaking Nanny – Belgravia, London

A family looking for a kind, nurturing, and reliable Russian-speaking career nanny for their children (G5, G9, G12). They seek an experienced, well-organised professional who can support the children’s development while maintaining a structured and caring environment. The role requires flexibility and the ability to travel when needed.

Schedule
Monday to Saturday, 7AM – 7PM with down time for breaks

Salary
£50k-60k (DOE)

Responsibilities
Full childcare duties, including overseeing daily routines (meals, naps, drop offs &picks up bedtime)
Creating a healthy menu with the children and ensuring nutritious meals
Organising educational and creative activities to promote development
Assisting with homework and liaising with teachers
School drop-offs and pick-ups, liaising with drivers when needed
Light housekeeping related to the children (tidying play areas, organising belongings)
Preparing for domestic and international travel with the family
Supporting emotional and social development with a warm, patient approach
Encouraging good manners, independence, and responsibility in the children
Packing and organising children's belongings for trips and daily activities
Communicating regularly with parents about the children's progress and needs

Requirements

Fluent in Russian and English essential
Minimum 7+ years nanny experience
Childcare BA preferred
Mature and professional
Open to travel at short notice
Driving licence is a plus
Discreet, professional, and trustworthy
Energetic, proactive, and well-organised
Experience working in a formal household
