Live-Out Nanny Norland Trained Full-Time ( hours TBC) | £20+ per hour?

A lovely family in East London, with high standards, is looking for a highly qualified and experienced nanny to care for their 4-month-old baby. They are specifically seeking a Norland-trained nanny or someone with an equivalent childcare qualification or degree, combined with hands-on experience.
The family places great importance on early development, routine, and creating a warm, structured environment. They are looking for a nanny who is fluent in English, confident working independently, and able to provide expert-level care from day one. While the family has two older children (a pre-teen and a teen), the primary focus will be on the baby.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full care of the 4-month-old baby
* Managing all aspects of infant care, including feeding, sleep, and developmental routines and someone who is confident
* Someonwnwith maternity experince is a plus
* Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
* Handling all nursery duties and baby-related tasks
* Supporting a calm and well-organised
* household
Requirements:
* Fluent English speaker
* Formal childcare training – Norland or equivalent highly preferred
* Strong understanding of child development and early years care
* Warm, professional, discreet, and proactive
* Familiarity with Montessori or similar philosophies is a plus
* Open to both full-time or part-time
* Must be available for trial(s)
