The ideal candidate will have experience working within UHNW, VIP, or royal households, combining academic excellence with warmth, discretion, and impeccable conduct.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-level educational support and tutoring in core subjects (English, Mathematics, Science, Humanities).
• Coordinate with schools and tutors to align educational goals and monitor academic progress.
• Develop structured daily routines that balance academics, recreation, and wellbeing.
• Plan and supervise cultural, artistic, and educational outings.
• Support children in language development, etiquette, and social confidence.
• Manage homework schedules and exam preparation, ensuring motivation and discipline.
• Encourage curiosity, creativity, and independent learning through tailored activities.
• Accompany the family on international travel and provide consistency in routines and study.
• Liaise discreetly with parents, household staff, and other educators to maintain harmonious communication.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Requirements
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Governess, Tutor, or Senior Nanny in private households.
• Degree in Education, Child Psychology, or a related academic field (preferred).
• Fluent English (additional European language advantageous).
• Excellent knowledge of UK or international curricula (EYFS, British, IB).
• Enhanced DBS check and First Aid certification (current).
• Confident driver with clean UK licence (preferred).
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
