Job Summary:

This lovely family is seeking a dedicated and friendly Housekeeper to help maintain their clean, organized, and welcoming home. They live in a large four-storey property with five en-suite bedrooms, a swimming pool, gym, living areas, and home offices. The family values a tidy and well-run household and is looking for someone reliable to support their current Housekeeper with daily upkeep. The role involves general housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, ironing, and washing. There are also two large Bernese Mountain Dogs in the home, so the ideal candidate must be comfortable around dogs.

The position is for 5–6 days a week, working 4–5 hours per day, ideally in the mornings (between 8am and 1pm or 9am to 2pm), with some flexibility around start times. The household is fully staffed, and you will be working alongside another experienced Housekeeper. All children are over 18, and the home occasionally hosts events or parties—extra hours for these will be paid accordingly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a well-maintained, busy household and is happy with a consistent schedule



Job specification:

• All general housekeeping duties

• Day to day cleaning and tidy up including, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors

• Changing and making beds

• Organising cupboards, managing the wardrobes

• High Laundry care standards and ironing

• Deep cleaning

• Running local errands on occasion



Candidate specification:

• Ability to work independently and proactively

• Reliable, organized, and efficient in all cleaning duties

• Must be confident in all; aspects of housekeeping, including laundry and ironing

• Organised, proactive with a good eye for detail who needs no supervision
