Maternity Nurse – Coventry
Location: Coventry
Contract: 12 weeks, with possible extension
Hours: 24-hour live-in and night cover
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

CuroHelp is seeking an experienced and compassionate Maternity Nurse to provide postnatal care and support to a private UHNW family based in Coventry.
The ideal candidate will offer calm, professional, and nurturing support during the early weeks of parenthood — ensuring both mother and baby receive the highest level of care and attention.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide 24-hour postnatal care for the newborn.
• Assist and guide parents with feeding routines, sleep patterns, and newborn care.
• Support mother’s postnatal recovery with empathy and discretion.
• Ensure the baby’s comfort, health, and wellbeing at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organised nursery environment.
• Sterilise bottles, prepare feeds, and assist with weaning when appropriate.
• Offer gentle structure to establish healthy routines for both baby and family.
• Provide emotional reassurance and build parents’ confidence in baby care.

Requirements
• Recognised Maternity Practitioner qualification (e.g. MNT, CACHE, OCN).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting newborns in private households.
• Paediatric First Aid and Enhanced DBS (up to date).
• Excellent knowledge of breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, and sleep support.
• Proven experience working with UHNW or VIP families.
• Professional, discreet, and adaptable to changing schedules.
