Night Nurse – Private Family, Glasgow

Schedule: 2–3 nights per week (typically 10pm–7am) Live Out

CuroHelp is seeking an experienced and compassionate Night Nurse to support a private family in Glasgow with the overnight care of their newborn baby.
The ideal candidate will be calm, professional, and confident in all aspects of newborn care, offering reassurance and guidance to parents while ensuring the baby’s comfort, safety, and wellbeing throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide overnight care for the newborn, including feeding, changing, and settling.
• Monitor sleep patterns and maintain a detailed night log.
• Support parents with feeding routines, winding, and sleep training.
• Ensure a calm, restful environment for both baby and family.
• Offer advice and guidance on newborn development and wellbeing.
• Always maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Maternity or Night Nurse.
• Recognised Maternity Practitioner qualification (MNT / OCN / CACHE).
• Paediatric First Aid and Enhanced DBS (up to date).
• Excellent knowledge of newborn sleep and feeding routines.
• Discreet, trustworthy, and professional.
• Based in or able to commute easily to Glasgow.
