Personal Assistant – International Family

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant to support an international family based in Milan. The role combines business and private support, ensuring smooth coordination of professional, family, and travel matters.

Responsibilities:

Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence

Liaise with service providers and suppliers

Organize national and international travel

Coordinate logistics and ensure seamless daily operations

Profile:

Proven experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant (private household or family office experience preferred)

Reliable, discreet, and autonomous

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Fluent in English and Italian.

Child-friendly.
Driver.
