Professional Nanny Position – Monaco

A private young family based in Monaco is seeking an experienced and dedicated nanny to provide attentive care for their baby, who will be approximately four months old when the role begins. The family is seeking a highly experienced nanny who is confident, polished, and deeply knowledgeable in infant care. The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience caring for babies and will be experienced working within a fully staffed household environment. This role requires an individual who demonstrates exceptional professionalism, discretion, and long-term commitment, and who understands the standards and expectations of a private family setting.


Role Overview
Providing high-quality care for a young infant
Supporting early development and establishing daily routines
Ensuring the child’s safety, comfort, and wellbeing
Managing all nursery-related duties
Working closely with the parents to maintain consistency in care

Candidate Profile
Fluent English required ( native English speaker a Bonus )
European passport or someone who has the right to work in Monaco
Proven experience caring for babies from an early age
Professional, reliable, and discreet
Driver with a valid licence
Comfortable in a household with a small dog
Flexible and adaptable to the family’s needs
Working Schedule & Flexibility

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Flexibility with working hours is essential
The role requires spending several months per year at the family’s residence outside of Europe
