Nanny
A West-London-based family are looking for an experienced nanny, to look after their two children, nearly three-years old (girl) and 9-month-old (boy). The candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish. Native Spanish-speaker preferred.

It will be a full-time, live-out role (with the potential to live-in, in the future). The working hours will be Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with occasional out of hours babysitting and weekends required, as and when.

The ideal candidate will have all the following:
- Right to work in the UK, with a valid passport or visa (EU or UK passport a plus)
- A University degree, or relevant qualifications in child development
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Enhanced DBS Check
- First Aid Certificate
- Excellent contactable references
- A willingness to travel in Europe and abroad (the family spends around 2 months in EU in the summer)
- Comfortable and confident swimmer in pool and ocean
- Confident with baby-led weaning
- Can follow recipes and menu plan for children (must be comfortable in the kitchen)
- A minimum of 5-10 years relevant experience is required. Experience with two or more children, starting from infant is necessary.
- Driving license a plus but not required

The role will involve full nanny and nursery duties, including:
- Sterilising and preparing bottles
- Organising the children’s daily schedules (one child at nursery every day until 12pm)
- Changing nappies
- Cooking healthy meals for the children
- Coordinating nap times
- Taking the children to various classes and activities
- Taking the children for trips to the park or playdates
- Planning age-appropriate activities (arts and crafts etc)
- Getting the children ready in the morning
- Organising bath and bedtime routine
- Helping with homework in the future (Early Years tutoring or teaching experience would be advantageous)
- Working closely with the principal’s PA, and informing if any supplies need ordering (before they run out)
- Must be okay with dogs, as the family have two

The nanny will also be responsible for doing some light childcare housekeeping such as organising the children’s clothes, keeping the children’s areas tidy, cleaning up after meals, and running occasional errands. Some light cooking for the family will also be required.

The ideal candidate will be organised, flexible, and proactive.
Someone cheerful, down-to-earth, and with a calm personality, would fit in well with the family.
