Our little boy will be around 15 months old in Feb. He is fully sleep trained and sleeps through the night. We split our time between London and Germany and travel a lot for both work and family life.

We’re a laid-back household, but we really value professionalism, calm energy, and someone who adapts easily to new places, cultures and schedules. Both parents are very hands-on and around a lot — we are the primary caregivers, so you need to be completely comfortable working in a home where the parents are present and involved.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Are very adaptable and comfortable with frequent travel
• Are OK working alongside present, involved parents
• Bring a positive attitude and no drama or bad energy
• Are a confident, genuinely good cook — our son enjoys a varied diet and we want that to continue
• Are respectful of different cultures, foods and ways of life
• Are warm, kind and engaged with young children in a developmentally supportive way

Salary: £60,000 per year, with potential for more depending on experience, especially for candidates with strong maternity-nurse backgrounds and experience with similar ages.
