Job Description

CPS Private Staffing is supporting an UHNW individual with the appointment of a highly experienced and discreet Senior Housekeeper for their principal residence in Munich.

This is a senior, hands-on housekeeping role within a multi-property environment. The successful candidate will lead daily housekeeping operations at the Munich residence and oversee two additional housekeepers, ensuring exceptionally high standards, structure and consistency.

The principal has extremely high expectations around detail, organisation and presentation. Trust, discretion, stability and clear communication are essential.

Duties

Hands-on daily housekeeping of a large private residence

Supervising and coordinating two housekeepers

Planning and managing daily duties and task allocation

Creating and managing rotas, holidays and cover schedules

Ensuring consistently high cleaning and presentation standards

Quality control and regular inspections of all areas

Wardrobe care, laundry and ironing where required

Supporting operational planning and basic household budgeting

Coordinating household supplies and stock levels

Supporting company errands and driving duties when required
