The family currently has a maternity nurse who works a 3-week block, followed by 1 week off, and they are looking for an experienced and warm maternity nurse who can provide consistent cover during that 4th week.

Job Summary: Baby is thriving and bottle feeding, but has cow’s milk allergy, along with some reflux and colic, so hands-on experience in these areas is essential. The role would suit someone who can step in confidently, pick up the reins, follow the established routine, keep everything running smoothly, and offer calm, warm, attentive care. Mum works from home and needs someone who is naturally discreet, organised, and able to get on with things without creating disruption. The priority is continuity of care, a steady pair of hands, and someone who brings reassurance, experience and a caring, gentle approach. Mum is hopes to find someone who is flexible with breaks.

Candidate Requirements:
• Highly experienced, patient and nurturing
• Strong knowledge of cow’s milk allergy, reflux and colic
• Excellent hygiene standards, clean and methodical
• Confident stepping into an existing routine
