Job Title: Experienced Rota Maternity Nurse (6-month contract)

Job Overview:
A family is seeking an experienced rota maternity nurse for a six-month contract, supporting them from January, with their baby due in January. This is a 2-weeks-on / 2-weeks-off rota position, and the family requires a maternity nurse who is confident and experienced in rota work and travelling with families. Checkable references are essential.
Responsibilities:
• Providing expert newborn care and guidance to parents.
• Establishing and maintaining age-appropriate routines (feeding, sleep, settling).
• Supporting the mother’s recovery and overall postnatal wellbeing within your remit.
• Monitoring and recording feeds, sleep, output, and general progress as required.
• Sterilising equipment and maintaining excellent hygiene standards.
• Preparing bottles and supporting feeding approaches as directed by the parents/medical guidance.
• Packing and preparing baby items for travel and maintaining routines while away.
Ideal Nanny:
• A highly experienced rota maternity nurse with proven 2-weeks-on / 2-weeks-off experience.
• Confident travelling with families and maintaining structure and continuity while away.
• Calm, discreet, professional, and highly reliable.
• Proactive, organised, and able to work collaboratively with parents.
• Holds fully checkable references (essential).
