A busy, friendly, and outdoorsy family are looking for an organised, fun, and proactive Nanny to care for their two young children aged 7 months and 3 on their beautiful working sheep farm. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who loves the countryside, enjoys being outdoors, and has a genuine passion for supporting children as they learn and grow.

The Role is 3 days per week as a Nanny (Tuesday - Thursday). Then, the additional hours on the remaining 2 days will be supporting the family business (details to be discussed and variety of opportunities available depending on skillset!) The start date is flexible - anytime form November - January.

International travel every couple of months (1–2 weeks at a time) as both parents travel for work is also a requirement.

If a candidate only wished to work 3 days a week as a Nanny and then travel when required this can be discussed too.

Duties include planning fun, educational, and creative activities both indoors and outdoors on the farm, encouraging good manners and positive behaviour, preparing healthy meals and snacks, trips to the park , keeping children’s areas tidy and organised, helping with children’s laundry.

The family live on a working sheep farm, so it’s important that you’re comfortable and happy in an outdoor, country setting! Both parents work from home, running their family business alongside farm life, and are looking for someone who’s a great communicator, adaptable, and happy in a lively household.

The ideal Nanny will be experienced and confident caring for young children, warm, nurturing, and energetic. Organised, with great common sense and initiative and fun to be around

Childcare qualifications are valued but not essential

This is a long-term position for someone who wants to become part of the family team and enjoy the variety that comes with both childcare and involvement in their wider business.
