Full Role & Responsibilities
• Provide nurturing, developmentally aligned care for three young children (4, 2, and 2 months)
• Plan and lead daily outings such as parks, beaches, museums, zoos, and community classes
• Create weekly schedules that support routines, learning, and socialization
• Engage the children in age-appropriate play, sensory activities, reading, music, and creative learning
• Support emotional regulation, early communication skills, and gentle guidance
• Maintain a safe, structured environment with clear routines and consistent expectations
• Prepare simple, healthy meals and snacks for the children
• Assist with children’s laundry, tidying play spaces, and general child-related organization
• Communicate with parents regularly and collaboratively about developmental updates
• Occasional travel requested; passport-ready candidates preferred
Ideal Candidate Profile
• High-energy, warm, creative, and confident supporting multiple young children
• Experience working with infants through preschool-aged children
• Background in nursery school, early childhood education, or related coursework strongly preferred
• Enjoys planning activities, adventures, and community outings
• Organized, proactive, communicative, and emotionally attuned
• Comfortable with a fast-paced, engaging household
• Open to learning about Jewish customs or supporting cultural routines
• Passport-ready and willing to travel on occasion
• CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Legal to work in the U.S.

Package & Benefits
• Salary: $120,000 USD per year
• Monday–Friday schedule, 7:45 AM–6:00 PM
• 2 weeks of PTO
