Rotananny
An international family is seeking an exceptional French and English-speaking rota nanny/governess to provide the highest standard of care and educational support to twin boys aged 9 and one boy aged 7. The role is based primarily in Miami, with the family spending the summer months in the South of France, and involves regular international travel throughout the year across the family’s multiple residences.

This is a full-time, live-in rota position for a polished, discreet, and career nanny who thrives in a private household environment and is seeking a long-term appointment with a discerning family. Immediate start available. Compensation is highly competitive and commensurate with experience.

The Role
The successful candidate will deliver a consistently high standard of childcare and educational guidance within a calm, nurturing, and well-structured environment. You will work in close partnership with the parents and household team, following established routines while proactively supporting the children’s academic progress, personal development, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
• Providing exceptional, attentive care for all three children
• Supporting and enhancing the children’s French education and academic development
• Designing and leading stimulating, enriching, and age-appropriate activities
• Encouraging intellectual curiosity, confidence, and social development
• Occasionally preparing simple, nutritious, light meals and snacks for the children
• Managing morning, after-school, and evening routines
• School drop-offs, pick-ups, and accompanying children to activities
• Organising children’s wardrobes, belongings, and schedules
• Liaising seamlessly with household staff and maintaining discretion at all times
• Ensuring a calm, well-organised, and enriching home environment

Candidate Profile
• A highly experienced career nanny or governess with an exemplary employment history
• Fluent in French and English
• Polished, discreet, and professional, with a warm and nurturing manner
• Calm, confident, and capable of caring for multiple children independently
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented
• Passionate about education, reading, and creative, enriching play
• Comfortable working within a fully staffed UHNW household
• Educational or childcare qualifications are highly desirable

Schedule & Accommodation
• Rota: 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off
• 24-hour coverage during working rotation, as required
• Luxury live-in accommodation provided at all residences, including a private bedroom and bathroom
• International return flights provided at the end of each rotation

Requirements
• EU passport holder
• Valid US work permit
• Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally
• Proven experience working with UHNW or high-profile families preferred
