A young family in central London is looking for a highly organised, flexible and proactive nanny to share charge of their two boys, 4 and 7 years old. The boys are both active and curious, and the family would like a nanny who will encourage lots of activities, both academic, physical and creative. The role will involve family PA duties, planning and diarising the boys social and personal activities and managing all school communications. There is another nanny in the PM and the house is fully staffed.

REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a nanny for children of different ages
Excellent understanding of child development at different stages
A positive, calm personality with ability to take initiative and show common sense
Excellent time-management and organisational skills
Tech-savviness – competence with calendars, online bookings, emails
Flexibility to work around parents needs
Fluent level of written and spoken English, and ideally Brazilian Portuguese

Ability to provide a minimum of 2 written / verbal references with contact numbers, first aid certificate and Enhanced DBS check.

DUTIES:
Sole charge of morning routine and shared charge of after school and evening/weekend routine
Plan and maintain active calendar and accompany on playdates and to after school clubs
Supervise homework
PA duties – appointments, calendar management and emails
Order uniform, clothes, books, toys, gifts
Co-ordinate food requirements for boys and friends (on playdates) with chef and house staff
Keep playroom organised
Manage medicines and supplements
Make sure have everything required, schoolbooks, uniforms etc., for next day/week
Pack for holidays

LOCATION: Fitzrovia, W1

START: ideally mid/end January/February 2026

HOURS: 6:30 am – 8:30 am Monday to Friday
Afternoon/weekend hours to be discussed and agreed upon
Babysitting and extra hours as needed, schedule to be discussed and approved

SALARY: Up to £23 gross per hour, based on previous experience and qualifications
