Evening Nanny needed for 6-month-old in Ealing.

The family are seeking a warm, experienced nanny to care for their 6-month-old child in the afternoons and evenings. The role will involve collecting the child from nursery and returning home safely, followed by calm, age-appropriate play and interaction. When the parents are not at home, the nanny will be responsible for managing the child’s evening and bedtime routine.

If the parents are at home and undertaking the bedtime routine themselves, the nanny will be expected to support the household by carrying out nursery duties such as tidying play areas, organising toys and baby laundry, as well as assisting with meal preparation for the child.

The family are looking for someone with proven experience caring for babies of a similar age, who has a good understanding of infant routines, development and emotional needs.

As the mother is returning to work, it is important that the nanny is empathetic and understanding of the challenges this transition can bring for both parent and child. Clear and sensitive communication with the parents is essential.

French speaking would be a bonus but is not essential.
