Seeking Live in nanny - ideally for long term role

Hours - negotiable (we can be flexible on hrs, happy to discuss with suitable candidate what works for them)
Our previous and first live in candidate who was with us for a year did 35hrs with overtime when it suited her.

Rate of pay;
Negotiable on candidates experience/resume/hrs etc

Solo parent family (mother)
& lovely 24 month old daughter
( 2 large dogs whom don’t free roam the house as they have their own area gated off area) but candidate should be comfortable that they are part of the family).

Collaborative role as mum is home based.
- Worked really well with first candidate had for a year (whom welcomed this). So although mum is around and on hand when needed, equally happy to leave candidate to their activities with child without intrusion.
- We are a friendly household, based on respect on both sides. Where daughter would see the candidate as an extended member of her family rather than an employee.

Home; House is situated in friendly village setting, picturesque neighbour farmers fields backing onto the home for great walks and nature from the homes garden back gate. Semi rural with great amenities 5-10minutes away.
Good gym/sports amenities, shops, transport links. Supermarkets, restaurants. And great child related activity centres, play groups, classes nearby.

Accomodation;
Double room with shared use of bathroom with daughter when she uses.

Ideal candidate;
- Someone who enjoys outdoors and active
(Daughter is now a toddler and likes getting out and about, so being physically capable & happy to be active, outdoors, and enjoys all that as a past time is a must).
- Enjoys & happy to help prepare simple but healthy nutritious meals for daughter (mum does a lot of this but some help with this where needed when mum is time short)
- Light housekeeping (helping to keep daughters areas clean, organised, tidy)
- Washing, dressing, changing nappy, (assisting with potty training when the time comes this yr)
- Motivated and forthcoming with creating & partaking in age appropriate activities that promote development and learning.
- Taking and accompanying daughter to activities she enjoys.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage both childcare and some of the light housekeeping, help with errands (like picking up/dropping parcels, getting groceries).
- Making sure she is always safe and happy in their care.
- Trustworthy, discreet, and family-oriented.

- First aid ( can be organised if need refresher)
- References that can be followed up showing employment history
- A calm, easy going, upbeat, motivated and proactive approach.
- A professional approach to privacy and discretion.

Daughter is happy, easy going toddler who currently loves sing & rhyme classes, local playgroups, arts & crafts, going to parks/out in nature, swimming, books.
