Live-In Nanny – Long-Term Role
Care for: Two young boys (toddler / early years)
Schedule: 5 days per week, 12 hours per day
Salary: £90,000 gross per annum
Locations: London & worldwide travel

A longstanding client of the agency is seeking an experienced Live-In Nanny to support their two young boys within a fully staffed UHNW household. This is a genuinely lovely family to work for, with a strong track record of long-standing staff and a respectful, supportive working environment. They are looking for someone who will become a trusted, long-term presence in their children’s lives.

You will work as part of a well-structured childcare team alongside another nanny, ensuring consistent, high-quality support for the children. The role is collaborative, with clear communication and shared responsibility, while also allowing you to take confident sole charge during your working hours.

The family is seeking someone active and energetic, able to keep up with busy young boys, while remaining calm, gentle, and emotionally attuned. A warm, grounded approach is key, with a genuine enjoyment of play, movement, and day-to-day engagement.

Responsibilities will include managing the children’s daily routines during your working hours, preparing them for the day, planning and accompanying them to age-appropriate activities, supporting learning through play, organising playdates and outings, overseeing mealtimes, and guiding calm, consistent bath and bedtime routines. You will help create a nurturing environment that supports emotional security, independence, and curiosity.

The role is primarily based in London, with regular international travel throughout the year. You should feel confident supporting the children across different locations, routines, and time zones, and comfortable working within a formal, fully staffed household environment.

This is a long-term position suited to someone reliable, emotionally invested, and genuinely excited to grow with the children over the years.
