Weekend Live-in Nanny from London to Hampshire

Schedule: Friday 12:30pm - 6:00pm, Saturday and Sunday: 8:00am – 6:00pm

A warm and active family is seeking an enthusiastic, outdoorsy, and creative weekend nanny to support their two energetic boys, aged 4 and 6, at their beautiful country home in Hampshire.

This role is ideal for a nanny who genuinely enjoys nature, fresh air, imaginative play, and hands-on activities, and who can confidently keep up with two curious, adventurous children.

Schedule
? Depart London on Friday at 12:30pm
? Return on Sunday at 5:30pm
? Working hours on Friday 12:30pm - 6:00pm, Saturday and Sunday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
? Occasional evening babysitting may be required

Responsibilities
? Providing engaging, age-appropriate care for two boys aged 4 and 6
? Planning and leading outdoor-based activities, including countryside walks, exploration, and physical play
? Organising nature-inspired and creative activities such as arts and crafts, storytelling, and imaginative play
? Encouraging physical development through outdoor games, sports, and active play
? Supporting social and emotional development through structured and free play
? Assisting with children’s routines, including meals, bathing, and evening wind-down when required
? Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment throughout the weekend

Requirements
? Minimum of 5 years’ professional childcare experience
? Enhanced DBS (current or willing to update)
? Up-to-date Paediatric First Aid certification
? Strong, checkable references
? Energetic, confident, and proactive approach to childcare
? Naturally active, adventurous, and creative
? Comfortable spending extended time outdoors in a rural setting
? Mandatory availability during school half-term periods

This role would suit a university student with Nanny experience who is available on weekends and during half terms and is seeking consistent, well-paid childcare work alongside their studies, for example.
