Rate: (AUD) $90,000 + per year, plus superannuation.
Days: Monday – Friday (40 hours a week) overtime paid for additional hours

Key Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in private households
• Full drivers licence essential
• Proven nanny experience with children aged 3–7
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Proactive, confident and flexible
• Able to build strong, positive relationships with children
• Australian or New Zealand passport, or long-term visa permitting work in Australia required

An Australian–Swedish family based in Sydney are seeking a proactive, capable and engaging Live-Out Nanny to care for their two school-aged children who are 6 and 4 years old. This is a child-focused position within a fully staffed household, offering a highly competitive salary for an exceptional candidate. This role centres on ensuring the children’s daily lives run smoothly and positively. While household staff manage general cleaning, the nanny will take responsibility for all aspects relating to the children — their routines, schedules, activities and belongings. The family value long-term relationships; their previous nanny was with them for three years. The position includes 4–5 weeks of summer travel annually and every-other-Christmas in Europe, providing exciting opportunities to travel internationally with the family.
