Role Summary
A private family based in Europe is seeking an experienced and adaptable Family PA / House Manager to
support the smooth running of the household and provide companion-style care to an 11-year-old girl.
The role combines hands-on household management, personal assistant duties, and child-focused
support, working closely with a remote and frequently travelling Executive Assistant.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily household operations in coordination with a small interior team
- Provide personal assistant support including errands, shopping, gifting, wardrobe management,
and travel coordination
- Support household scheduling, logistics, and day-to-day problem solving
- Care coordination and daily oversight relating to five family dogs
- Liaise closely with and report to the remote Executive Assistant
- Provide companion-style care to an 11-year-old girl
- School drop-offs and pick-ups
- Accompany and support clubs, activities, and social engagements
- Encourage an active, outdoors-focused lifestyle and age-appropriate independence

Qualifications and Skills
- Swiss Passport or right to work in Switzerland
- Proven experience in a Family PA, House Manager, or Nanny role within a private household
- Strong experience supporting school-aged children in a companion or support capacity
- Full driving licence and confident driver
- Animal-friendly and confident managing multiple dogs
