Part Time Nanny
Live-Out Nanny – Liverpool L18 | £18 gross per hour | May 2026 Start
Monday & Tuesday 7am–7pm + possible Thursday half-day
Happy Nest has the pleasure of supporting a busy medical family in Liverpool L18 who are looking for a cheerful, organised and proactive nanny to join their household this spring. Both parents work long clinical days in hospital settings, so they are hoping to welcome someone who can confidently provide loving childcare, support home life, and enjoy getting out and about with their three young children.
This is a live-out role, perfect for a nanny who loves fresh air, creative play, reading, and adventure days using local transport.
About the Children
Three siblings will keep you smiling – nearly six, three-and-a-half, and one year old.
• The eldest attends school and is a bright, curious child with a big imagination, a love of books, space facts, scooters, growing things at the allotment, and he is enjoying learning Spanish.
• The middle child loves dolls, imaginative kitchen play, stories, dancing, music and making people laugh.
• The baby is a relaxed and happy little character who loves being outside, adores his siblings, rolls everywhere, and is wonderfully determined.
One child has a peanut allergy (not anaphylaxis) and an egg intolerance, so awareness around mealtimes is important.
No special educational needs are noted, though gentle reading and writing support is encouraged for the eldest.
The Ideal Nanny
This family would love someone who:
• Enjoys parks, playgrounds, the allotment, adventures on buses and trains, library trips and museums
• Loves storytelling, crafts, imaginative games and outdoor exploration
• Is happy cooking simple family meals and keeping the home organised (tidying, washing children’s clothes and similar tasks)
• Brings warmth, structure and confidence around three different stages of development
• Speaks another language; Spanish is a bonus but not essential
• Does not smoke or vape
A minimum of two years’ professional childcare experience is preferred.
A driver is not required they live close to excellent transport links and are within a short walk of school.
