Experienced Nanny – Full Time – Dulwich/Forest Hill – March/April Start

We are a warm and engaged family of four based in Dulwich / Forest Hill, South London, seeking a full-time live-out nanny to join us long-term from late March.

About Our Family
We have two wonderful children:
• A 4-year-old girl who sadly experienced a stroke in early childhood and has some mobility and speech difficulties. She walks independently, attends mainstream nursery three days per week, and will start school in September. She loves dancing, reading books and drawing.
• A 2-year-old boy who is benefitting from a bit of extra support and is progressing beautifully. He loves singing, soft play and reading books.
We work closely with therapists weekly and would love to find a nanny who enjoys supporting children’s development in a natural, play-based way.
We also have a friendly cat!

The Role
• Monday–Friday, ideally 7:00am–6:30pm
• Nursery drop-off and pick-up (3 days per week)
• School transition support from September
• Planning engaging, developmentally supportive activities
• Supporting speech and language development through everyday interaction
• Encouraging mobility, strength and independence
• Responsible for school/nursery runs (we have a cargo bike)
• Preparing children’s meals
• Child-related housekeeping
• Occasional babysitting (paid additionally)
This is a long-term, stable role in a supportive family environment.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:
• Has 3+ years professional nanny experience
• Has meaningful SEN experience or is passionate about developing their skill set
• Is eager to work alongside therapists and implement guidance
• Is calm, emotionally intelligent and consistent
• Has excellent organisational skills
• Holds Enhanced DBS and strong recent references
• Has Paediatric First Aid
• Is fluent in English
• Experience with school transitions would be advantageous.

Salary: Highly competitive and dependent on experience.
