We are currently looking for a full-time LIVE-IN nanny for our 4-month-old baby boy, starting from late March or early April, as I will be returning to work in May.
We are hoping to find trustworthy, and caring person who genuinely enjoys working with my baby and is looking for a long-term position. Ideally, we would love to build a lasting relationship with the right nanny and continue working together until our next child.
We live in the West Hampstead area. Responsibilities would primarily include full-time care for our baby (feeding, naps, developmental play, walks, etc.), as well as baby-related duties.

In particular, we are looking for someone who has experience with:

Supporting and gently training babies towards independent sleep
Helping with the transition to solids when the time comes
Planning and engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities
Encouraging healthy routines and structure
