We are a family based in Swiss Cottage (moving shortly to Golders Green) seeking a highly experienced, full-time nanny to care for our two young children (a baby and a pre-schooler).

We are a warm and kind family who would welcome our nanny into our house as a family member. We would like our children to be around a warm and caring person who can can allow them to be engaged, challenged and developed in these early months and years.

My husband and I work in demanding jobs and would really like someone who our baby can seamlessly transition to as well as someone who we can fully rely on and trust.

This is a long-term role suited to a nanny who brings warmth and calm structure to a family home, is confident managing routines independently, and values consistency, organisation and open communication.

Duties
• Sole charge care for a baby and pre-school-aged child
• Planning and managing daily routines (meals, naps, activities)
• Age-appropriate play, reading and learning activities
• Encouraging independence and positive habits
• Preparing nutritious vegetarian meals for the children (and occasionally for the parents)
• Outings to playgroups, activities and local parks
• Organising and rotating toys and children’s bedrooms
• Children’s laundry and keeping children’s areas tidy and organised

We’re looking for:
• Minimum 10 years’ professional nanny experience, with babies and young children
• Longevity with previous families viewed very positively
• Calm, warm and emotionally intuitive
• Highly organised and confident running a structured day
• Proactive, reliable and able to work independently
• Clear, professional communicator
• Driver preferred
• Non-smoker
• Excellent, recent references essential
• Paediatric first aid (or willing to renew)

Hours & Package
• Full-time, Monday–Friday
