A professional family residing in the heart of Milan is seeking an exceptional live-in nanny for a long-term role caring for two young children who are 2 and 3 years old.

This is a high-standard private household offering an organised, calm, and respectful working environment. The successful nanny will enjoy a fully independent private apartment with its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom, located in one of Milan’s most desirable central areas. The ideal candidate will speak English as their first language.

The position is Monday to Friday, 7:30–21:00, with built-in flexibility: approximately two hours free in the morning while the children are at school, and evenings frequently finishing earlier once they are settled for the night. The role is further supported by an additional English-speaking nanny in the afternoons, ensuring a balanced and sustainable workload. This is a strictly nanny-focused position, with housekeeping, cooking, and laundry managed by dedicated household staff.

Responsibilities include overseeing morning routines and school preparation, providing attentive and developmentally appropriate care, supporting English language development through thoughtful, engaging activities, accompanying the children to pre-arranged activities such as swimming and sports, managing bath time and supervising meals. The nanny will also be expected to travel with the family.

The role offers a salary of €3,500 gross per month.

The ideal candidate will speak English as their first language with strong experience caring for toddlers and young children, seeking a long-term, stable position within a collaborative and professional household. Flexibility to travel is essential, and a driving licence is considered an advantage.
