Our client is searching for two Rota Nannies for their 4 children, aged 11, 9, 5, and 1. They are based in Athens, Greece.

Overview
The family is looking for warm, bubbly, professional, and confident nannies who are proactive and able to support a busy household environment to care for their children, aged 11, 9, 5, and 1.

The role is shared care when the parents are present, and a strong, collaborative working relationship with them is essential as they are actively involved in their children’s lives.

A team-player attitude, willingness to muck in, strong common sense, and the ability to work harmoniously with other staff members are essential.

The nannies will be responsible for supporting the children’s learning through engaging, fun, and age-appropriate activities. Experience managing routines, packing, wardrobe organisation, and travel logistics is essential.

Duties included but not limited to:
- Providing full care during rota periods (24-hour cover)
- Supporting children’s routines, learning and development
- Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Managing packing and travel logistics and wardrobe organisation
- Light cooking and laundry for the children
- Keeping children’s bedrooms, playrooms, and wardrobes tidy and organised

Key Criteria
- Proven rota nanny experience
