Job Description: A warm and welcoming family based in Paddington is seeking an experienced, professional, and caring full-time live-in Nanny to join their household from April 2026. This is a long-term position for a dedicated Nanny who is confident, proactive and genuinely passionate about supporting children’s development in a loving and structured environment. The family has two children aged 5 years and 1 year old. The eldest attends school until 3 pm, while the youngest is at home full-time, from May will attend nursery in the morning. This is a sole-charge position requiring someone who is confident managing both age groups, planning engaging and developmentally appropriate activities, and supporting key milestones.
Requirements: Organising stimulating activities, playdates and outings
Supporting early years development and school routines
Preparing healthy meals for the children
Managing children’s laundry and keeping their areas organised
Proxy parenting when required
Flexibility for up to two overnights per week
Travelling with the family in summer (Egypt) and in winter for a ski holiday
Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 10am to 8 pm
Salary Offered: £45,000 gross per annum
Accommodation: Own bedroom upstairs and shared bathroom with the children
Start Date: April 2026
