An outstanding opportunity for an experienced, dynamic Rota Nanny to join a warm, informal HNW American family based in London on a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule.

This 5–6 month contract (with potential to extend) involves caring for three bright, energetic and highly active boys. The role requires a confident, hands-on nanny who can bring structure, creativity and warmth to a busy household — managing school routines, planning engaging activities, coordinating busy schedules and supporting the boys’ emotional and social development.

The household is fully staffed, allowing you to focus entirely on the children’s wellbeing and development. International travel during school holidays is part of the role, so flexibility and a genuine love of travel are essential.

The Ideal Candidate:
5+ years’ professional nanny experience
Proven experience caring for three or more children simultaneously (essential)
Previous rota experience (strongly preferred)
HNW/UHNW household background
Energetic, proactive and highly organised
Warm and nurturing, with confident, positive boundaries
Confident driver with clean licence

This is a highly rewarding position offering an excellent daily rate (£400–£550 gross per day, depending on experience) and the opportunity to work with a lovely, supportive family within a well-run household.
