Role: Live-Out Nanny
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 50–55 hours per week (flexible)
Child: Boy, 15 months
Location: Queen’s Park, NW6
Salary: £55,000–£70,000 gross per annum (dependent on experience, previous earnings and qualifications)

A warm, professional and highly experienced career nanny is sought to provide full-time care for a delightful 15-month-old boy in Queen’s Park. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Norland-trained, Montessori-trained, or degree-educated nanny who is passionate about early years development and seeking a long-term position with a family who truly value continuity and stability.
The ideal candidate will be developmentally focused, confident supporting key milestones, and experienced in working collaboratively with engaged, hands-on parents.

The Role
Responsibilities will include:
Maintaining a consistent and nurturing daily routine
Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
Supporting key developmental milestones
Organising stimulating local outings, playdates and classes
Managing naps and sleep routines
Preparing nutritious, balanced meals
Overseeing bath and bedtime routines
All child-related nursery duties
Occasional babysitting by prior arrangement
A confident driver is preferred. Travel is not required.

The Family
Both parents are full-time professionals, with mum generally working from home. They are warm, informal and welcoming, and place great importance on open communication and a collaborative working relationship with their nanny.
The family are looking for a nanny who is seeking continuity in a long-term role, becoming an integral and valued part of their household for years to come.

They have a friendly dog, so comfort around pets is essential.

Candidate Requirements
Norland-trained, Montessori-trained or degree-educated preferred
