Part-Time Nanny – Surbiton

We have a lovely family seeking a warm, reliable, and experienced nanny to care for their two daughters: a 1-year-old and a 5-year-old. This role offers a mix of full-day and after-school care within a supportive and friendly family environment.

Details:
- Salary: Up to £22-23 gross per hour (DOE)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Location: Surbiton
- Hours: 20.5 per week

Schedule & Responsibilities:
Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday (After-school, 3.5 hours)
- Pick up the 5-year-old from school
- Pick up the one-year-old from nursery in the afternoon (a two-minute walk from the house)
- Provide homework support and after-school care
- Prepare simple, healthy dinners
- Light tidying of children’s areas

- Wednesday only: take the 5-year-old to gymnastics

Thursday (Full day, 10 hours)
- Full-day care for the 1-year-old, including planning and structuring the day with age-appropriate activities
- Afternoon school pick-up
- Prepare simple, healthy dinners
- Light child-related household tasks

Ideal Candidate:
- Warm, nurturing, and genuinely enjoys working with children
- Organised, proactive, and dependable
- Comfortable caring for toddlers and managing school pick-up routines
- Able to structure and plan engaging, developmentally appropriate activities for a toddler
- Ability to prepare simple, nutritious meals
- Confident driver
- Excellent references from previous childcare roles
- Valid DBS check and current First Aid certification
