A family based in Chelsea (SW3) is seeking a professional and reliable nanny to care for their 10-month-old boy. This is a long-term, part-time position over four days per week, with flexibility on the daily schedule across three full days.

Children
• One boy, 10 months old

Working Hours
• Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
Option 1: 8:00 am – 7:30 pm
• Monday: 3:00 pm – 7:30 pm
• Total: 39 hours per week

Salary
• £19–£22 gross per hour
• £741–£858 gross per week (based on 39 hours)

Start Date
• As soon as possible

Role Overview
The family is looking for a French-speaking or Spanish-speaking nanny to provide attentive and development-focused care to their baby boy. The role is primarily sole charge. The family prepares the child’s meals; the nanny will be responsible for reheating and feeding. Occasional light assistance with meal preparation may be requested.

Main Responsibilities
• Ensure the child’s safety and wellbeing at all times
• Follow and maintain daily routines
• Support age-appropriate development
• Take the child out for walks and activities
• Maintain clear communication with the parents

Nanny Duties
• Reheat and serve prepared meals
• Bottle feeding / solid feeding as appropriate
• Organise age-appropriate activities
• Support naps and sleep routine
• Sterilise bottles and feeding equipment
• Keep nursery and play areas tidy
• Organise baby’s laundry
• Maintain daily structure and consistency

During the child’s afternoon nap, the nanny will complete all child-related duties.

Maternity / Baby Duties
• Monitor developmental milestones
• Encourage sensory and motor development
• Support weaning process
• Maintain hygiene routines

Child-related Housekeeping
• Keep kitchen area clean after child’s meals
• Tidy play areas at the end of the day
• Manage baby’s laundry
• No deep cleaning

Requirements
• Fluent in French or Spanish
• Proven experience with infants
• Confident with weaning and baby routines
• DBS check
• Paediatric First Aid certificate
• Reliable, organised, and proactive
