We are seeking an experienced, organised, and punctual full-time live-out nanny to support a busy family in Parsons Green with their 8-year-old boy/girl twins and 4-year-old girl.

About the Family:
Our client is a professional family with a strong focus on education and routine. The family has one placid French Bulldog as well. This family are busy and thrive on keeping active with their busy schedule. This role would suit someone who is happy to be super organised, positive and get involved in a myriad of tasks on a daily basis.

The Role
This is a full-time, live-out position with hours from 6:30am to 7:00pm, including a break during the middle of the day. The family will provide use of their Range Rover throughout the week.

- Salary: Up to £82k PA
- Hours: 6:30am – 7:00pm with breaks (Monday to Friday)
- Start date: Mid March, 2026
- Location: Parsons Green, London
- Travel: Not required
- Vehicle provided: Range Rover for weekly use

Key Responsibilities:
- Morning routine and school preparation
- School drop-offs (you'll have time for a break after the morning run)
- School pick-ups and managing after-school activities and clubs
- Coordinating schedules via Google Calendar
- Supporting homework and educational development
- General care for the children, working alongside Mum who is often at home but on call often
- Preparing healthy snacks and light meals for the children
- Organising and tidying children's bedrooms, play areas, and belongings
- Coordinating playdates and social activities
- Assisting with bath time and bedtime routines as needed
- Managing children's wardrobes and ensuring appropriate clothing for weather and activities
- Communicating regularly with parents about children's day, progress, and any concerns
- Accompanying children to appointments (medical, dental, etc.) when required

The Ideal Candidate:
- Confident driver – essential for school runs and activities
- Punctual and highly organised – the family values routine and reliability
- Previous educational experience – understanding of children's academic development would be advantageous
- Energetic nanny who is willing to be an active part of family life
- Believer in routine and consistent and no screen time Mon-Fri
- Flexible and able to manage the dynamic nature of after-school schedules in term time

Please note: the family employs a full-time cleaner, so housekeeping duties are minimal.
