??The Family

A warm, active and culturally engaged family based between the Alps and the French Riviera are seeking a highly capable Live-In Manny / Educator for their bright, curious 5-year-old son (homeschooled, ADHD).

The family splits their time between **Chamonix** and **Antibes**, living an outdoors-focused lifestyle centred around skiing, hiking, swimming and travel.

This is a mentorship-style role rather than traditional nannying.

??The Role
The successful candidate will:

* Co-create a dynamic homeschooling environment
* Deliver experiential, outdoor, and child-led learning
* Incorporate philosophies such as:

* Forest School
* Montessori
* Waldorf
* Encourage emotional regulation, independence and resilience
* Maintain calm, consistent structure supportive of ADHD
* Travel with the family within Europe

**Average hours:** 25–30 per week (primarily weekdays; schedule agreed collaboratively).

??Duties Will NOT Include

* General housekeeping
* Family PA or administrative tasks
* Household management
* Cooking for the family (beyond child-related preparation if desired)

The role is fully focused on the child’s education and development.

??Accommodation

The Manny will have private accommodation in both residences:

* **Antibes:** Self-contained studio apartment with kitchenette and bathroom
* **Chamonix:** Private wing with bedroom, ensuite, terrace and living room (shared kitchen)

Significant personal space and independence are respected.

??Candidate Requirements

* Experience supporting children (ADHD experience highly desirable)
* Homeschooling or alternative education background preferred
* Strong affinity for outdoor life
* Physically active and confident in mountain and sea environments
* Paediatric first aid certification
* Enhanced DBS (or equivalent background check)
* Clean driving licence
* Right to work in France (EU passport or equivalent)
* Long-term mindset
