Full-time Nanny (Sole Charge) — Barnes, SW13

A warm, structured, and busy household in Barnes is seeking a confident, calm, and professional nanny for a long-term role caring for 4.5-year-old twin boys and their 1-year-old brother.

This is a full-time, sole-charge position. Both parents work out of the house. The role is hands-on and active, with a strong focus on school routines, driving to activities, planning engaging outings and play, and supporting the children’s learning and development with kind, consistent boundaries.

The role:
You will take full responsibility for all child-related duties, including:
- Managing school routines, drop-offs, and pick-ups
- Driving to and from activities (twins have after-school activities Monday to Thursday)
- Planning age-appropriate activities, outings, and play-based learning
- Arranging and supervising playdates
- Supporting manners, good behaviour, and consistent household boundaries
- Planning and managing holiday periods (camps plus outings and activities)
- Occasional travel with the family
