Temporary Childcare Practitioners Required – Event Childcare (Brighton)
A large childcare company is seeking Level 3 (or above) qualified childcare practitioners to support a conference/event childcare provision in Brighton. Practitioners will work alongside our experienced “Purple People” team, under the guidance of Room Leaders, providing high-quality care and engaging activities for children attending the event.
Dates & Hours Required:
• 29th March: 9:00am – 5:00pm
• 30th March: 7:30am – 7:00pm
• 31st March: 8:00am – 7:00pm
• 1st April: 8:00am – 7:00pm
• 2nd April: 8:00am – 2:30pm
Children:
• Ages 0 – 16 years
Role Responsibilities:
• Providing safe, attentive care for children of various ages
• Supporting and running fun, engaging activities throughout the day
• Working collaboratively with the wider childcare team and Room Leaders
• Supervising children during visits to local attractions in the Brighton area
• Ensuring a safe, positive and inclusive environment for all children
Requirements:
• Level 3 (or above) childcare qualification – OFSTED recognised
• Previous experience working with children
• Positive, energetic and engaging individuals who work well within a team
Additional Information:
• Lunch will be provided each day
Compliance Requirements (once confirmed):
• Copy of childcare qualification
• 3 forms of ID (ID check can be completed via Zoom at a convenient time)
• DBS certificate (issued within the last 12 months) or DBS details for an Update Service check
• 2 references
• Head and shoulders photo (required in advance for event ID badges)
