Role: Live-in Nanny
Care for: B5, G2.5 & Baby (10 months)
Location: Ibiza, Spain (with regular travel to Berlin)
Schedule: 6 days per week, approx/7am- 7pm
Accommodation: Private accommodation within the family home with a separate floor and kitchen
Salary: £70,000 – £100,000 gross per annum (dependent on experience)

A warm international family based in Ibiza is seeking an experienced live-in nanny to join their household and support the care and development of their three young children.
The family spends most of their time in Ibiza but regularly travels to Berlin, so candidates should be comfortable travelling internationally.

The role will involve supporting the children with their daily routines, organising engaging activities, and encouraging their educational and creative development. The two older children attend kindergarten during the day, and the focus in the mornings will be preparing the children for their day, including breakfast and getting ready for school. During the afternoons and evenings, the nanny will support the children with play, activities, and evening routines.

The children are curious and engaged learners who enjoy creative play, drawing, building, and hands-on activities. The family is looking for a nanny who can plan stimulating activities, encourage curiosity, and support the children’s development in a nurturing and structured environment.

The household is fully staffed with cleaning and maintenance support, allowing the nanny to focus primarily on childcare-related duties.

Duties may include:

• Supporting the children’s daily routines (morning preparation, meals, and activities)
• Planning engaging and educational activities
• Encouraging creative play and development
• Preparing simple meals for the children
• Children’s laundry and organisation of their belongings
• Supporting with school preparation and kindergarten routines
• Travelling with the family between Ibiza and Berlin

You must have:

Have a valid EU passport
Have at least 10 years of professional childcare experience
Have experience caring for multiple children of similar ages
Be warm, calm, and nurturing while maintaining clear structure and boundaries
Be proactive in planning activities and supporting early learning
Speak English or German (additional languages welcomed)
Hold a full driving licence (advantageous)
Be comfortable working in a fully staffed private household and travelling internationally
