Third time sleep deprived busy parents are looking for a loving and experienced night nanny starting ASAP to care for their baby boy who is 6 weeks old. They also have two adorable sons ages almost 3 and 5 years old.

They would like the night nurse to work 5 nights for approximately a 12-week period, ideally from Sunday through to Thursday so they can get much needed sleep! They are also open to 4 nights (Monday to Thursday or Sunday to Wednesday).

They are looking for a loving night nanny who can support them with getting their baby boy into a good sleep pattern (in time) using a gentle and kind approach and to support the parents with all aspects for the baby in the night. They are happy for the candidate to take the lead by advising and supporting them to make decisions together.

The parents are keen to have someone who will focus on getting the baby sleeping independently in his bassinet albeit they would like someone who comforts him if he’s upset and recognises that sometimes he might just need a cuddle.

The ideal person will be experienced, confident, supportive, loving, very tidy, organised and adaptable. They also want someone who is passionate about babies and has experience with supporting a busy family.

You need to be available to work with the family for approx. a 12-week period and start ASAP.

Location: Crystal Palace

Date: Starting ASAP

Hours: 9/10 pm to 7/8 am (can be flexible)

Number of Nights: 5 nights per week but could consider 4

Salary: £25 gross per hour

Requirements: At least 8 years working as a night nanny with babies (also from 6 weeks) and someone with excellent checkable references. Fluent English and able to commute to Crystal Palace easily.
