A Family in London is seeking a self-employed Filipino Housekeeper to provide housekeeping services at a private residence on a contractual basis.
Requirements:
Proven experience providing professional housekeeping services.
Verifiable references from previous clients.
Ability to organize work independently and manage tasks without supervision.
Contractor must supply their own proof of self-employed status (e.g., UTR number), or be willing to register as self-employed.
Citizenship / Right to Work:
The contractor must already hold valid permission to work in the United Kingdom (e.g., ILR, visa with work authorization, settled/pre-settled status, etc.). Sponsorship is not provided.

Duties:
Cleaning designated areas of the property.
Laundry services, including washing and ironing.
Other mutually agreed housekeeping services.

If a rota arrangement is agreed, accommodation may be provided solely for the duration of the service period.
This is not tied to employment and does not create employer–employee obligations.
The contractor independently determines the methods and organization of the work while meeting agreed service standards.
