Full time nanny for role in Kensington

Job Overview:
Single mother with an 8-week-old daughter
Currently transitioning into having someone more hands-on in the home
Lise does not work, so she will always be present and involved
Looking for someone hands-on, flexible, dynamic and able to work alongside her as a strong support

Role requirements
Full-time role - around 50 hours per week
Likely working pattern: Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday.
Flexibility is essential.
Some days may be 12 hours, others 8 hours, depending on need.
Open to a live-in arrangement, but personality fit is very important.

Main duties
Baby care support
Strong practical support to mother in the home.
Housekeeping support.
Heavy-duty housekeeping is already covered, but she wants someone who can act as a sidekick and maintain very high standards.
High-end housekeeping expected: clean, organised, polished, professional.
Must be willing and able to travel with Lise.

Current support set-up:
Night nurse is still in place and flexible.
There are currently two night nurses on rota.
One night nurse is leaving in April
The other is leaving in August

Ideal candidate:
Professional and highly experienced.
Preferably someone with maternity nurse / newborn experience.
Flexible and adaptable.
Dynamic, proactive and polished.
Comfortable working in a high-standard private household.
Happy to travel.
Personality fit is very important.

Accommodation
3-bedroom flat
Baby has her own bedroom
Nanny would have her own bedroom with ensuite on the same floor.
Room described as very beautiful and spacious

Salary
Around £55,000 DOE
