We are exclusively managing the search for a highly polished and experienced Native English-Speaking Governess to join the principal household of a prominent VIP family in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

The Mandate: Educational Leadership and Cultural Development
The core mandate is to deliver an educationally focused and nurturing program for three delightful children aged 1, and twins of 4 years old. While dedicated nannies are in place to support daily care, the Governess will serve as the educational and cultural architect, ensuring continuous intellectual and personal development.
We are seeking a candidate who is:
• Intelligent and Well-Educated: Able to engage and develop children across this crucial age range (infant to early school age).
• A Natural Educator: Focused on cultivating strong English language proficiency, excellent manners, politeness, and a deep appreciation for the greatness of childhood.
• A Team Collaborator: Poised and professional, able to integrate seamlessly with existing household staff (including nannies) and work respectfully within a large, formal team environment.
• Culturally Sensitive: Experienced in serving high-profile families and respectful of KSA's culture and customs.
Lifestyle and Scope
This permanent role is based primarily in Riyadh but involves significant, scheduled international travel. The ideal candidate must be highly experienced, organised, and adept at the logistics of extensive travel, including expert packing and unpacking protocols.

The Package: Exceptional Remuneration & Benefits
Salary: UK £5000 per month (Tax-free in KSA).
Contract: Permanent employment contract.
Travel: Annual return flight to home country; immediate arrival flight costs covered.
Accommodation: Private, single room with en-suite bathroom provided within the primary residence.
Leave: 4 weeks of paid annual vacation.
Support: Visa costs and comprehensive Medical Insurance within KSA are provided.
Meals: Full meals are provided during working hours.

Requirements & Application
Due to the family's immediate needs, candidates must be available to start immediately. Preference will be given to candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia or those prepared for immediate international deployment.

Working Schedule: 6 days on / 12 hours per day.
