Part-Time Nanny – Clapham, London
Start Date: Mid-April
Salary: £21 gross per hour
Long-Term Position-ideally the next 4-5 years

A warm and welcoming family in Clapham are seeking a professional, experienced nanny to care for their three children aged 6 years, 3 years, and 16 months. This is a long-term position, ideal for a nanny looking to become an integral part of the family over the coming years.
The role offers part-time hours during term time, with increased hours (approximately 40 per week) during school holidays.

Ideal Working Hours
Term Time:
Monday: 2:00pm – 7:00pm
Tuesday: 3:00pm – 7:00pm
Wednesday: 8:00am – 5:00pm (reducing from September to 1-5pm)
Thursday: 2:00pm – 7:00pm
Friday: 8:00am – 1:00pm Could change to 1-5pm but can discuss from December)

School Holidays (approx. 40 hours per week):
Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00am – 6:30pm
Wednesday & Friday: Morning hours (to be agreed)

Key Responsibilities
Providing attentive, nurturing care for all three children
Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities to support development and learning
Supporting school and nursery routines, including pick-ups
Preparing healthy meals and snacks
Supporting the youngest child’s developmental milestones
Managing daily routines, including naps and transitions
Keeping children’s areas clean, organised, and well maintained

The Ideal Candidate
Experienced with babies, toddlers, and school-aged children
Warm, calm, and confident managing three children
Proactive, organised, and reliable
Strong understanding of child development
Looking for a long-term role and able to build a lasting relationship with the family
